1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or playing SpeedStop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the website.

2. Use License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SpeedStop for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Modify or copy the game files or artwork.
• Use bots, scripts, or auto-clickers to manipulate high scores.
• Decompile or reverse engineer any part of the application.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

To maintain a fair competitive environment, any player found using third-party tools to achieve unrealistic scores will be removed from the global leaderboards and may be banned from the game. Decisions made by our anti-cheat system are final.

4. Virtual Goods

SpeedStop may offer virtual skins, bar styles, or ad-free experiences. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

SpeedStop is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the game, including device instability or data loss.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, CA.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.
